Institutional Development Plan 2024-25
The
Institutional Development Plan of Govt. College Birohar aims to promote
academic excellence, holistic development, and quality enhancement in alignment
with NAAC standards. The college focuses on strengthening teaching-learning
processes through ICT-enabled classrooms, updated curriculum, and faculty
development programs. Emphasis is laid on student support through mentorship,
career guidance, skill development, and placement initiatives. Infrastructure
development includes modernization of laboratories, library automation, and
creation of a green, eco-friendly campus.
The
institution encourages research, innovation, and collaboration with academic
and industry partners. Effective governance is ensured through participative
management and e-governance practices. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell
(IQAC) monitors academic and administrative performance regularly. Community
engagement is promoted through NSS activities and awareness programs. Financial
planning and resource mobilization support sustainable growth. Overall, the
